A classroom that treats telemetry as evidence, not decoration
Field Core App Academy teaches observability signal analysis as a craft practised at a table: ranking, crossing out, and writing a hypothesis other analysts can continue.
The official registered business name is Field Core App Academy Co., Ltd. The academy was established in 2018 after two Bangkok incident coordinators grew tired of on-call handovers that were only screenshot dumps. They rented a small room near Lumpinee and ran evening ranking drills for analysts from nearby retail and payment teams.
By 2020 the drills had become a five-day Intensive. The address remains in Pathum Wan so learners can reach the room from the BTS without a long van ride. The work is still paper-first. Screens appear after a ranking exists.
We stay inside Thailand’s operations community: payment hops, SMS callbacks, warehouse APIs, and bilingual log lines. Visitors who want a product tour of a collector will be redirected to the vendor. Visitors who want to practise deciding which signal deserves the next ten minutes are in the right building.
People in the room
Arisa Thongchai leads the Intensive. She spent years writing incident notes for a Bangkok payments desk before teaching. Pran Srisuk marks written rankings and runs the half-day triage afternoons. Guest facilitators join team readiness reviews when a second reader is needed on site.
How we work with a cohort
We cap classroom size, read every ranking sheet, and refuse to add a sixth lecture day that would only replay vendor slides. Values are ordinary: show up on time, anonymise anything that could identify a customer, and argue about signals rather than job titles.
