Terms of enrolment

These terms govern enrolment in courses, workshops, coaching, and reviews offered by Field Core App Academy Co., Ltd. (“the Academy”) from its Bangkok training room. By submitting an enquiry or paying a deposit you accept them.

Enrolment and fees

A seat is confirmed when we issue written acceptance and receive the deposit stated on the fees page. Remaining balances are due ten days before the first session. Prices on the website are informational until an invoice is issued.

Intellectual property

Printed incident packs, ranking sheets, and handover templates remain the Academy’s copyright. You may keep your filled sheets and use the ranking method in your employer’s operations. You may not copy the packs for a competing classroom or republish answer keys.

Conduct

Bring only anonymised telemetry. Do not photograph other learners without consent. We may ask a person to leave a session if they share identifiable customer data or disrupt ranking work. Fees follow the refund page in that case.

Liability

Training is educational. We do not assume control of your production systems or on-call roster. To the extent permitted by Thai law, the Academy’s liability for a confirmed booking is limited to fees paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved in writing within thirty days.
