What we collect

Enquiry forms collect your name, email, selected course, optional preferred month, and message. Enrolment and invoicing may add a billing name and tax details. We do not ask for production credentials, identity-card scans, or health data on this site.

Why we use it

We use the data to answer enquiries, confirm seats, issue invoices, and send session logistics. Legal bases include taking steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest in running a Bangkok training room.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months. Confirmed enrolment records and invoices are kept for the period required by Thai accounting rules, then deleted or archived with access limited to finance staff.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, subject to Thai law. Send the request to hello@appfieldcore.click. You may also contact the Thai data protection authority if you have a complaint.

International transfers

Email and website hosting may process data outside Thailand. We use providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to a small academy. Classroom packs stay on paper or on Academy-controlled storage in Bangkok unless you ask us to send materials to your employer’s address.
