Refunds and changes to bookings

These rules apply to seats, workshops, cohort coaching, and team reviews sold by Field Core App Academy. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or recorded course catalogues, so those models are omitted.

Eligibility and timeframe

Written cancellation more than fourteen days before day one of a classroom course or workshop receives a full refund of fees paid, minus a THB 1,500 administration charge. Between fourteen days and 72 hours, the deposit is retained and any balance paid is refunded. Inside 72 hours, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the date.

Full or partial refunds

If we cancel a cohort (for example, fewer than six seats), you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next published date at your choice. If a facilitator is absent and we cannot staff the room, the same choice applies.

Non-refundable items

Printed packs already produced for a private workshop, lunch orders placed for a confirmed headcount, and coaching sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Team readiness reviews that have started on-site reading of your notes are billed for days already worked.

Process and timing

Email hello@appfieldcore.click with the booking name, cohort code, and reason. We confirm in writing within five working days. Approved refunds return by the original payment method within fifteen working days after confirmation. Bank charges on international returns are deducted if the bank imposes them.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows

One transfer to a later published Intensive or triage date is allowed if requested at least ten days ahead and if a chair exists. Deposits transfer with the seat. No-shows without notice forfeit the fee for that session. Cohort coaching allows one reschedule with 48 hours’ notice; later absences are marked delivered.

Work already started

If a readiness review has begun, unused remaining days can be cancelled with a partial refund equal to those unused days minus expenses already committed (for example, a second facilitator’s travel inside Greater Bangkok).

Exceptions

Documented hospital admission or a government-declared travel restriction that prevents reaching Pathum Wan may be treated as a transfer even inside the 72-hour window, at our discretion.
