Observability Signal Analysis Intensive
A five-day Bangkok classroom for analysts who must separate actionable telemetry from noise during live incidents.
Course detailField Core App Academy runs instructor-led training in observability signal analysis for analysts who already live with logs, metrics, and traces. Seats are sold per course, not as software access.
You sit with a facilitator, a printed incident pack, and a ranking sheet. The work is naming primary signals, supporting signals, and discarded noise while a payment or logistics incident unfolds on paper and then on a projector.

Course detailA compact afternoon that walks a single production incident from first alert to a written signal ranking.
Course detailWeekly critique of real on-call notes so analysts practise writing signal hypotheses instead of copying dashboard screenshots.
Course detailTwo facilitators sit with your on-call rotation, read a week of alerts, and produce a ranked list of signals worth keeping.
Course detailAfter the Intensive I stopped opening six panels at once. We now write the alert ranking on the whiteboard first. The printed payment traces felt closer to our night shifts than any vendor slide deck I have sat through.

Mornings are ranking drills on alerts and log excerpts. Afternoons open a single trace path — often a card payment or warehouse callback — and stop at the first unnamed hop. Evenings are optional self-study, not extra lectures.
